The conveyor is mainly composed of two end rollers, the closed conveyor belt on which is tightly sleeved and the idler supporting the conveyor belt.The drum that drives the conveyor belt to rotate is called driving drum (driving drum); the other drum that only changes the moving direction of the conveyor belt is called changing drum. The driving roller is driven by the motor through the reducer, and the conveyor belt is driven by the friction between the driving roller and the conveyor belt. Generally, the driving roller is installed at the discharge end to increase the traction and facilitate the dragging. The material is fed by the feeding end, falls on the rotating conveyor belt, and is transported to the unloading end for unloading by the friction of the conveyor belt. It can be used for horizontal transportation or inclined transportation, and it is very convenient to use. It is widely used in various modern industrial enterprises, such as the underground roadway of the mine, the ground transportation system of the mine, the open pit mining field and the concentrator.
The installation of the frame frame of the belt conveyor starts from the head frame, and then the middle frame of each section and the tail frame are installed in sequence. Before installing the frame, first pull the middle line on the whole length of the conveyor. Since keeping the middle line of the conveyor in a straight line is an important condition for the normal operation of the conveyor belt, when installing each section of the frame, align the middle line, and at the same time, set up the frame for leveling. The allowable error between the frame and the middle line is ± 0.1mm per meter of length. However, the error to the middle of the frame over the whole length of the conveyor shall not exceed 35mm. After all single sections are installed and aligned, each single section can be connected.When installing the driving device, pay attention to make the driving shaft of the belt conveyor perpendicular to the middle line of the belt conveyor, make the middle of the width of the driving roller coincide with the middle line of the conveyor, and the axis of the reducer is parallel to the driving axis. At the same time, all shafts and rollers should be leveled. The horizontal error of the shaft is allowed to be within the range of 0.5-1.5mm according to the width of the conveyor. At the same time of installing driving device, tension device such as tail wheel can be installed. The roller axis of tension device shall be perpendicular to the middle line of belt conveyor.After the installation of the frame, transmission device and tension device, the idler frame of the upper and lower idler can be installed, so that the conveyor belt has a slowly changing arc, and the spacing of the idler frame of the bending section is 1 / 2-1 / 3 of the spacing of the normal idler frame. After the idler is installed, it should rotate flexibly and quickly.In order to ensure that the conveyor belt always runs on the middle line of idler and roller, the following requirements shall be met when installing idler, frame and roller:(1) All idlers shall be arranged in line, parallel to each other and kept horizontal.(2) All the rollers are in line and parallel to each other.(3) The support structure frame shall be straight and horizontal. For this reason, after the installation of the driving roller and idler frame, the middle line and level of the conveyor should be aligned.(4) Then fix the rack on the foundation or floor. After the belt conveyor is fixed, the feeding and discharging devices can be installed.
1. Wear dust mask and gloves.2. The cleaning pulley shall be operated by special personnel. Before start-up, check whether the equipment operates normally, whether there is any defect and whether the fastener is loose.3. The volume of each batch of castings and core iron shall not exceed 75% - 80% of the drum volume. The weight of large parts shall not exceed the regulations.4. Before loading, the pulley shall be fixed with pins to avoid rotation injury during loading.5. After the cylinder is installed with castings, the cylinder cover shall be covered and fixed with bolts. When cleaning, first start the ventilation and dust removal equipment, and then start the roller.6. The cylinder cover can only be opened after the cylinder cover is turned to the front and fixed with the pin for casting removal.7. When the roller is working, it is strictly prohibited for personnel to approach. Castings or other things shall not be stacked around.8. Do not open the cylinder cover before the impeller of shot blasting drum stops rotating completely.It is worth noting that safety must be paid attention to whether the pulley is installed or cleaned.
