In addition, also request the existence of good viscosity and other technical functions, formula design points are as follows: raw rubber to natural rubber-based or with an appropriate amount of styrene-butadiene rubber, rubber rate control in 50%~55%. The sulfurization system adopts the traditional coordination system of sulfur and accelerator. In the natural rubber formula, the dosage of sulfur is about 2.5 quality parts; In the formula of styrene-butadiene rubber, the dosage of sulfur is 1.5~2.0 quality parts. Promoters are used in combination with M and DM individually, and promoters such as CZ and NOBS are suitable for the compound containing butadiene rubber. The reinforcing agent can choose high wear-resistant carbon black, medium wear-resistant carbon black and so on, the dosage is 40~50 quality parts. Softeners are often used with oil, heavy oil, pine tar, and petroleum resin.
The second: buffer
The buffer adhesive of the conveyor belt is between the envelope adhesive and the belt core layer, which can increase the adhesion between the two and can receive and evacuate the impact force of conveying materials, thus playing a buffer role. The required adhesive material has good adhesion (adhesive force of glue and cloth ≥ 3.15n /mm), large elasticity, small heat generation, good heat dissipation, good process function.
Natural rubber and butadiene rubber are used for raw rubber, and the percentage of rubber is 50%~55%. The conveyor belt with a large dip Angle is composed of three parts: base belt, baffle, and diaphragm. The edge block plays a role in preventing material from slipping and falling. It is required to have good adhesion function (the adhesion strength between cloth and cloth is not less than 4.5n /mm), fatigue resistance (the number of fabric layer flexion is ≥ 25,000 / total stripping), and enough plasticity (plasticization 0.5~0.6) and anti-scorch and other technological functions.
The fourth: raw rubber to natural rubber, with 20~30 quality parts of styrene-butadiene rubber, rubber rate of about 50%.Vulcanization system with individual sulfur, promoter system. Improver individual takes M with DM, or add a small amount of TMTD, in order to speed up the rate of curing, but be careful to avoid burning. Carbon black should be half - reinforced carbon black or other soft carbon black, about 10 quality content. Mixing with styrene-butadiene rubber wipe should appropriately increase the consumption of gum along with resin and petroleum resin, otherwise, it will fall the adhesion of the cloth layer.
