Tighten loose parts and replace damaged parts: Parts of the conveyor system may be lost over time or worn out during normal use. The part that fell off should be tightened, and the damaged part, especially the O-ring in the drive train, should be replaced with a suitable one. When the replacement is correct, the belt should be effectively restored to the ideal working condition with the service life being greatly improved.

1. During transportation and storage, the belt conveyor should be kept clean and avoid direct sunlight or rain, or snow. The conveyor belt should be protected from acids, alkalis, oils, and organic solvents, and kept away from heating for one meter.

2. The temperature of the storage warehouse of the belt conveyor should be kept between 18-40℃, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50-80%.

3. During storage, the conveyor belt must be placed in rolls, not foldable, and should be turned over every quarter.

4. Conveyor belts of different models and specifications are best not to be used in combination.

5. The running speed of the conveyor belt should not exceed 2.5 m/s. For large particles and wear-resistant materials, the speed should be as low as possible.
