Stainless steel conveyor rollers are used on unpowered (gravity flow) roller conveyors, powered roller conveyors, roller bed belt conveyors and material handling stations to support and move bulky items such as boxes and totes. These replacement rollers can be used to replace or upgrade existing rollers on compatible conveyors or supports. Each stainless steel conveyor rollers has a spring-loaded retaining shaft that can be pushed in to install or remove the roller on the conveyor frame or stand. The stainless steel conveyor rollers allow the load to roll from one location to another, reducing the amount of work required to move the load during warehousing, package handling, manufacturing and distribution tasks. Loads roll back and forth on the stainless rollers and they can be pushed from one side to the other along the width of the conveyor.
