2, Motor heating
Analysis of the cause of the failure: due to overload, over-length or belt jamming, the belt conveyor running resistance is increased, the motor is overloaded; the motor power is increased due to poor lubrication conditions of the transmission system; the motor fan inlet or radial fins are stacked. Dust, which deteriorates the heat dissipation conditions.
Treatment method: measure the motor power, find out the cause of overload operation, symptomatic treatment; timely replenish lubrication of each transmission part; remove dust.
3, At full load, the hydraulic coupling can not transmit the rated torque
Analysis of the cause of the failure: The amount of oil in the fluid coupling is insufficient.
Treatment: Refueling (When dual motors are driven, the two motors must be measured with an ammeter. The power is tempered by investigating the oil filling.)
4, The reducer is overheated
Analysis of the cause of the failure: too much or too little oil in the reducer; excessive use of oil; deterioration of lubrication conditions, damage to the bearing.
Treatment method: Fill the oil according to the specified amount; clean the inside, change the oil in time to repair or replace the bearing, and improve the lubrication conditions.
5, Conveyor belt deviation
Analysis of the cause of the failure: the frame and the drum are not adjusted straight; the axis of the cushioning roller is not perpendicular to the center line of the conveyor belt; the joint of the conveyor belt is not perpendicular to the center line, the side of the conveyor belt is S-shaped; the loading point is not in the center of the conveyor belt (eccentric load) .Treatment method: adjust the rack or roller to keep it straight; use the roller to adjust the position to correct the deviation of the conveyor belt; re-do the joint to ensure that the joint is perpendicular to the center of the conveyor belt; adjust the position of the coal drop point.
6, Conveyor belt aging, tearing
Analysis of the cause of the failure: the conveyor belt rubs against the frame, causing the edge to pull and crack; the conveyor belt interferes with the fixed hard object to produce tear; the storage is not good, the tension is too large; if the laying is too short, the number of deflections exceeds the limit, resulting in Aging early.
Treatment method: timely adjustment to avoid long-term deviation of the nylon conveyor belt; prevent the conveyor belt from hanging on the fixed member or falling into the metal structure in the conveyor belt; store according to the storage requirements of the conveyor belt; try to avoid short-distance laying.
7, Broken belt
Analysis of the cause of the failure: the material of the belt is not suitable, it is hard and brittle when it meets water, and it is cold and brittle when it is cold; the belt is used for a long time, the strength is deteriorated; the joint quality of the conveyor belt is not good, and the local cracking is not repaired or re-played in time.
Treatment method: use the material with stable mechanical and physical properties to make the core; replace the damaged or aging conveyor belt in time; observe the joint frequently and find the problem in time.
